How the Process Works

New Customers

Request a new design…

Start by contacting us via connect@teamomatic.com, or by using the “Contact us” form below.

Pay the one-time design fee…

Once we have agreed to work on a product for you, pay the one-time design fee by purchasing the Direct 3D Model Translation service. This will get the model creation process started.

Returning Customers

Just reopen your product ordering window…

Start by contacting us via connect@teamomatic.com, or by using the “Contact us” form below. Let us know you are a return customer, and would like to reopen an ordering window for your product(s).

New and Returning Customers

Determine if this will be a fundraiser…

Organizations (such as sports teams) might like to use this as an opportunity to raise funds. Should you decide to go this route, let us know. We can mark up the price of your products by a percentage, and kick that markup back to your org. Remember to encourage family and friends to participate during the order window to raise more for your org/team.

Establish a product ordering window…

Once we have your product design completed, and have done some test prints, we will prepare it for our online shop. We will then open up your product(s) ordering window for the time-frame that you specify. Depending on how many orders come in, and how large our current backlog is, it is best to close your ordering window a couple of weeks before you would like to have the items delivered.

Ordering and printing…

Encourage your team to get their orders in early. We also recommend that you send them reminders, in the middle of the ordering window, and a day or two before the window closes. Typically we will begin printing a week after the order window has opened.

Shipping…

We understand that shipping costs are very high, and so we have established ways to cut down on those costs. We offer a variety of fulfillment options:

  • Group Shipping (recommended) - Identify a “point person” for your team/organization/event that will receive shipment of all the orders. It will become this persons responsibility to distribute the orders. This will greatly reduce shipping costs for everyone. We charge a small fee per order-item, to cover shipping materials.

    If you are near Beaverton, this could be hand delivered, if further away, it will usually be shipped via UPS or USPS depending on the order size.

  • Local Pickup - If you live near, Beaverton Oregon, you may chose this option. You can stop by during our pick-up window to grab your items. This window is typically Sunday between 11am and 3pm but is subject to change.

  • USPS Ground Advantage- Least expensive option for those that would prefer to have their items shipped directly to their door. This option offers tracking as well as up to 100$ insurance on your package. Up to 5 days, within continental US.
