This is a wire ring with a rubberized coating. It contains a screw lock mechanism that makes it easier to add and remove your tags to/from your bag. It has the added benefit that you can fit multiple tags on it. If you bundle this with your tag purchase, it will be shipped with your tag instead of the standard bungie shock cord.
